91黑料不打烊's Winter Triumph
Braving difficult winds, the 44-member 91黑料不打烊 Snowsports team shone at the Sydney Regional Snowsports Interschools Championships, bringing home a total of 29 medals
We are extremely proud of the 44-member 91黑料不打烊 Snowsports team that competed in the Sydney Regional Snowsports Interschools Championships in Thredbo last week. Students from Kindergarten to Year 12 took on various events, including Alpine, Ski Cross, Snowboard, and Moguls.
We couldn't be happier with all our competitors who represented the School with such pride. Special mention goes to those who were racing for the first time, all with a smile on their faces!
Despite a few events being cancelled unfortunately due to severe winds on the last day, 91黑料不打烊 did exceptionally well.
We brought home a total of 29 medals. They comprised 17 team medals (five first places, six second places, and six third places) and 12 individual medals (three first places, six second places, and three third places).
Among our individual medallists were:
- Sophia, Division 4 (5 to 6 Years) – 2nd in Alpine, 2nd in Moguls
- Ruby, Division 4 (5 to 6 Years) – 1st in Moguls, 3rd in Ski Cross
- Sadie, Division 4 (5 to 6 Years) – 2nd in Ski Cross
- Olivia, Division. 3 (7 to 86 Years) – 2nd in Ski Cross, 3rd in Moguls
- Katharina, Division 2 (9 to 10 Years) – 1st in Moguls
- Katie, Division 2 (9 to 10 Years) – 2nd in Alpine
- Leni, Division 2 (9 to 10 Years) – 3rd in Moguls
- Jemma, Division 1 (11 to 12 Years) – 1st in Ski Cross
- Amelie, Division 1 (11 to 12 Year) – 2nd in Alpine
We are looking forward to the State Championships in August, where we will see all our qualified students compete at Perisher.
