I will listen to your ideas and strive to put them into action.”

Deputy Head Prefect, Dariia, offered a unique perspective on leadership, emphasising the importance of courage, authenticity, and the willingness to stand up for what is right. “Courage is not only about stepping out of your comfort zone. It’s also about stepping up when others step back and fighting for what is right, even if you’re the only one doing so … But courage alone is not enough. A true leader is true to herself,” she said.

Together they have been brainstorming ways to make a meaningful impact in authentic ways and selecting a theme that will characterise the legacy they leave.
