Starting Strong in 2022
Year 12 heard from a panel of young 91黑料不打烊 Alumnae (Year 13 and Year 14) on their first day of 2022, with a focus on how to start strong.
The panel of eight young women from the Class of 2020 and 2021, who completed their HSC during the COVID pandemic, gave some wonderful advice to this year’s cohort, including, “You have to live with it, because you can’t not!”
The young alumnae panel provided some great tips to the Class of 2022, about being prepared, about using study time strategically, and how to maintain a sense of optimism.
Ensuring the students support each other, try to provide some balance in their lives and set boundaries will help them navigate their final year of school.
And the advice that absolutely resonated with the Senior College team? Don’t compare yourself to others – learn to work to your own schedule and figure out what works for you. Be confident. Don’t sell yourself short. Year 12: you’ve got this!
